GDS Resources Overview

Gathering information is a critical step in the process of
understanding the capabilities and personality of any solution.

To facilitate that step, we have provided a broad foundation of
research resources to obtain additional product information
including brief product video demonstrations, fact sheets, on
demand webcasts and a variety of case studies that, along

with other information provided herein, help make the information gathering process
as efficient as possible.

The Product Demos are generally five minutes in length and give the viewer a basic
feel for the applications. The Fact Sheets give a more detailed overview of the
functionality and identify some of the major features of the application. The on demand
Webcasts delve deeply into the topic areas and are typically quite lengthy. Of course,
you may exit the webcast at any time. The Case Studies each provide specific details
regarding the business issues faced by a specific customer and the results of the
implementation, as it relates to those issues, from the perspective of the customer.

While we have made a considerable amount of information available online, there is
no substitute for direct interaction, including live demonstrations of the software, so
